Happy New Year to everyone from David and Gill at Learning Light. As the New Year dawns we hope you will keep checking our site for new developments as we swing into action to introduce the new Learning Light. We have a new focus and will shortly be relaunching our Newsletter and revealing our other website. The website http://www.e-learningcentre.co.uk  is currently being redesigned with the Yorkshire and Humberside companies in the e-learning and learning technology sector that we support in mind.

It is possibly not going to be easy for many companies in our region in the coming months but here at Learning Light we will be out and about spreading the word that when training budgets are to be cut then e-learning and learning technologies should be seriously at the top of the agenda.

We will be demonstrating how e-learning can enhance business performance by supporting employee learning and development as part of a blended learning programme, how it can reduce the risk of non-compliance and litigation by providing timely guidance for employees and customers and importantly record the outputs and also provide customer support and training in a cost effective and environmentally friendly way by reducing the need to travel.

So let's make 2009 the year of e-learning and see our region continue to lead the way.
